УкраїнськаApplications for the fifth edition of the “Schools as Examples” program by the “Together in Class” foundation are now open on the website https://zaednovchas.bg/model-schools/. This unique program for the professional development of entire school teams is the only one of its kind in Bulgaria. Over two years, it supports schools in sustainably improving their management and teaching practices, contributing to the success of all students in the school.
For the new edition of “Schools as Examples,” 40 schools from across the country will be selected, and the deadline for applications is December 5.
By this date, school directors must complete the form, sharing more about their motivation to be part of the program, which provides free training for school teams. Subsequently, there will be a selection process and interviews with school representatives before the final selection of participants in the program.
The “Schools as Examples” program is a comprehensive qualification experience that includes various elements – modern training, individual support, applying what is learned in practice, and sharing and learning in a community. All these elements continuously build, complement, and develop through the experience of each new group of schools.
Who can be part of the program:
All municipal and state schools in the country can apply for the “Schools as Examples” program, regardless of location, the number of teachers, and the school’s profile and challenges. A key condition for participation is that school teams are motivated and seeking a school change that places students at the center of the learning process.
Participation in the program is free for school teams, and all training is registered with the Ministry of Education, with teachers receiving the corresponding credits.
